so i went to the doc's office about a week ago to get some shots-im going out of state next week-and she told me i gained 8 pounds. i put that out of my mind, cuz i really dont care about it. the omg part is im sitting here eating one of those entenmann's cakes, the cheese filled coffee crumb cake. i pretty much just ate the entire thing in one sitting. holy. CRAP.
